I think i shared this so many times dah.. but yah.. utk yg masih bertanya, inilah dia jawapan ku.. . . Now i want u guys to share with me, apa yg korang belajar atau dapat dari video ni.. Ok aku share antara benda oenting yg korang perlu tahu.. . . Metabolism is a term that describes all the chemical reactions in your body. Desserts such as ice cream, cakes and cookies are loaded with sugar and provide little nutrition. Switch to fresh or baked fruit to reduce your sugar intake and increase your fiber, vitamin and mineral intake. . . Breakfast cereals are among the worst culprits for added sugar, along with pancakes, waffles and jams. Switch to low-sugar options such as eggs, oatmeal or plain yogurt. . . A high sugar intake is linked to increased appetite and weight gain. Ni Daging Belado.. saya xde lesung batu, so blend, so xlawa sgt belado tersebut.. oh well.. masuk tekak sedap sajork.. hehehehe... btw im sharing my cara, kang ade yg kata salah lah, bukan gini lah.. kenapa cincin xbukak, etc etc.. yihhhhhh... . . Guys... Kalau post asik masak je kang bosan plak.. i think this will be my last 2 videos on #selauknana ok? InsyaAllah kalau rajin saya buat lagi.. but kdg niat nak share org komen ya ampun mcm kita xde perasaan eh? Hahahahahhaa.. kesah pulak.. not becoz of that, just malas.. hahahahaaha.. . .
